How to Play Azeroth Survivors: Move, Pick Cards and Beat the Boss Clock
In Azeroth Survivors you only move: spells cast themselves, you pick one card per level and five bosses arrive on a fixed clock until the last one falls.

To play Azeroth Survivors, open wow.aethus.pl in a desktop browser with WebGPU, pick a class and Elwynn Forest, then steer your hero with WASD while your spells fire on their own. Each time you level up you take one card from a short hand, and five bosses walk in on a fixed clock until the final one falls. It is an unofficial fan game by Aethus that runs on World of Warcraft files owned by Blizzard Entertainment, and UBG76 only links to it. One caution before you start: we checked everything here against version 0.132.0, and since the developer posts no patch notes on the site, small details can change between visits.
What do you need before you start?
You need a computer browser with WebGPU and either a keyboard and mouse or a gamepad. The launcher’s own warning names a current Chrome, Edge or Safari, and on Linux Chrome also needs chrome://flags/#enable-unsafe-webgpu turned on. There is no account, no sign-in and no price. Our first visit pulled a few hundred megabytes of game files before the character screen appeared, so give the first load some time. If the page shows a warning instead of the game, the Azeroth Survivors troubleshooting guide walks through each message. The Azeroth Survivors game page has the link to the official site.

How does a run work?
A run is one trip into a zone with one hero, and you never press an attack button. The hero picker shows each class’s health, the spell it starts with, its full spell pool and how many zones that class has opened. You also choose a race, a zone and a difficulty there. Once you enter, the game tells you to move to begin. From that point your spells cast on timers, enemies close in from every side and the experience they drop fills your level bar.
The run ends in one of two ways. Beat the zone’s final boss and you get the victory screen, or run out of health and you see “You have fallen.” For a first run, a sturdy class helps. The Paladin has the most base health at 245, and the Warrior has 230 and opens with Cleave . The best class guide compares all nine.
What do the level-up cards do?
Each card either adds a new spell from your class pool or ranks up a spell you already have. Press 1, 2 or 3 to take one. Over a run those picks become your build, which is why two Warrior runs can play very differently even though both start with Cleave. Pools hold 11 to 13 spells depending on the class, and the full lists sit on the Azeroth Survivors spells page .
If nothing in the hand fits, press R to reroll it. Free rerolls are limited, and once they run out the button shows a gold cost instead. Account perks add more options over time, such as extra free rerolls, a first level-up that deals four cards, banishing a card for the rest of the run and passing on a hand for some gold. Gold also opens caches during a run, and elites, guardians and caches offer rings, trinkets and amulets.
When do the bosses arrive?
Bosses arrive at fixed minutes on the run clock, and the screen shows how long until the next one. In Elwynn Forest the schedule looks like this:
| Boss | Arrives at | Base health |
|---|---|---|
| Hogger | 3:00 | 3,600 |
| Mother Fang | 6:00 | 9,000 |
| Rhahk’Zor | 9:00 | 17,000 |
| Mr. Smite | 12:00 | 28,000 |
| Edwin VanCleef | 16:00 | 52,500 |
Use the quiet stretches between bosses to level up. Base health is the stored value before Heroic difficulty raises it. Later zones push the final boss to 18:00 or 20:00, and the zones and boss timers guide lists all 60 arrivals.
How do you open the next zone?
You open the next zone by beating the current zone’s final boss with a class, and it opens for that class only. Beat Edwin VanCleef in Elwynn Forest with a Warrior and Duskwood opens for your Warriors. Beat Morbent Fel in Duskwood and Warsong Gulch follows. A class you have not played yet still starts at Elwynn Forest, so every class climbs the same 12-zone ladder on its own.
What carries over between runs?
Gear, marks, talent points and achievements all stay after a run ends. Bosses drop armor and weapons for the class you are playing, and the game says plainly that they are yours for good. Marks earned in runs upgrade that gear up to 5 stars, and Heroic wins open the higher stars. Runs also earn talent experience for your class. Each new talent point is spent in the armory’s Talents tab between runs, and respecs are free.
Achievements give points that buy perks, tabards and races. Those belong to the whole account, so every hero of every class can use them. All of this lives in your browser, so read the save backup guide before you clear site data.
How is it different from Vampire Survivors?
The core loop is the same: you move, attacks fire on their own and you pick upgrades as you level. The differences are in the setting, the price and what a run asks of you.
| Azeroth Survivors | Vampire Survivors | |
|---|---|---|
| Maker | Aethus, unofficial fan project | poncle |
| Price | Free in the browser | Paid on most platforms, free with ads on mobile |
| Attacks | Class spells cast on timers | Weapons attack automatically |
| Level-up choice | A card from your class spell pool | Three or four weapons and passives |
| How a run ends | Beat the fifth boss at 16:00 to 20:00, or keep going in endless mode | Soft time limit of 15, 20 or 30 minutes |
| Lasting progress | Gear drops, marks, class talents and account perks | Gold unlocks characters and lasting power-ups |
The Vampire Survivors details come from its Wikipedia article. If you like that game’s rhythm and know old Azeroth, the class talent trees and the boss clock are what this one adds.
