Azeroth Survivors Download and Mobile: Windows Skips WebGPU, Phones Are Untested
The only official Azeroth Survivors download is a Windows RAR on wow.aethus.pl; phone support is partial and untested by us, and there is no Mac download.
Verified on version 0.132.0 (October 31, 2026)

The official Azeroth Survivors download is a Windows version linked from wow.aethus.pl, and it runs without WebGPU. It comes as a RAR archive of about 755 MB, and the file on the server is dated October 19, 2026. The browser build we checked, version 0.132.0, is from October 31, so the download may lag behind it. Phones sit in a gray area: the launcher has touch and phone fixes, but we have not finished a run on one. The site has no Mac download at all. UBG76 does not host or mirror any of these files. We only point you to the official site.
| Platform | Official option | Needs WebGPU | Tested by us |
|---|---|---|---|
| Windows | Browser, or the Windows download | Browser yes, download no | Browser only |
| Mac | Browser | Yes | No |
| Linux | Chrome with a flag turned on | Yes | Browser only |
| Android and iPhone | Browser, with partial phone support | Yes | No full run |
Is there a Windows version?
Yes. The official site links it in three places: the Download game entry in the game menu, the WebGPU warning box (“Or play it without a browser: download the game for Windows”) and the busy server message. Each of them points to a file named AzerothSurvivorsWindowsNew.rar on the same site, and a click starts the download right away, so only press it when you want the full archive. When we checked on October 31, 2026, the server reported a size of 754,921,096 bytes and a last change on October 19, 2026.
We did not download or open the archive, so we cannot tell you which game version it holds. Expect it to trail the browser version at times. This matters for co-op, because lobbies only accept players on the same version. The co-op guide has more on that.
Where do you download it safely?
Download it only from wow.aethus.pl, using the link on the site itself. That is the only source the developer names. Sites that offer a “free download” of Azeroth Survivors are not the developer, and we have not checked what they serve. Two practical points:
- The file is a RAR archive, so you need a tool that can open RAR files before you can run it.
- We have not scanned or run the archive. Check it with your own antivirus before you open it.
The is it official guide covers who makes the game and how far you can trust each version.
Does the Windows version need WebGPU?
No. The official page says so directly: when WebGPU is missing, it offers the Windows build as the way to play “without a browser.” That makes it the fallback in two cases: a browser or graphics card that will not run WebGPU and the busy message, which points to the same download. We have not run it, so we cannot list its hardware needs.
Your browser progress does not move over on its own. The game’s save file is meant “to carry it to another computer or browser,” and the save backup guide shows how to export one. Whether the Windows version imports a browser save is something we have not tested.
Can you play on a phone?
Maybe, but do not count on it. The launcher clearly expects some phone players:
- The game client has touch controls, and on a touch screen the first tap switches to fullscreen and holds landscape where the browser allows it. The launcher notes that iPhone Safari allows neither.
- iPhone browsers lack element fullscreen, which used to crash the game at boot, and the launcher patches around that.
- On Android, the game skips its shader warm-up and uses a lighter material because one phone graphics chip crashed the browser on the full version.
- If a phone’s graphics driver crashes mid-game, a phone-specific message tells you to reload.
All of this still needs WebGPU in the phone’s browser, and the first load downloads a few hundred megabytes of game files, so use Wi-Fi. We have not finished a run on a phone, and the Azeroth Survivors game page lists the game as a desktop title for that reason. A desktop or laptop remains the safe choice.
Can you play on a Mac?
In a browser, probably. As an app, no. The launcher’s WebGPU warning names Safari next to Chrome and Edge, so a Mac with a current browser that supports WebGPU should be able to run the browser version. We have not tested it on a Mac.
The official site offers no Mac download. The only trace of one is a comment in the launcher script that mentions “the Mac app’s azs://” address scheme. That suggests the developer has worked on a Mac build, but there is no download link on the site, so treat any “Mac version” offered elsewhere with caution. If the browser version will not start, the troubleshooting guide walks through each WebGPU message.
