## What is Priest in Azeroth Survivors?

Priest is one of the nine Azeroth Survivors classes: it starts each run with Smite on 170 base health and draws from an 11-spell pool.

The class picker describes the Priest like this: "Light and Shadow. Shields and heals keep you alive while pain spreads through the horde."

**Spell pool (11):** Smite, Shadow Word: Pain, Mind Blast, Holy Nova, Power Word: Shield, Renew, Holy Fire, Mind Flay, Psychic Scream, Devouring Plague and Lightwell. Level-up cards offer spells from this pool, and Smite is the one you start with.

**Talent trees:** Discipline, Holy and Shadow, with 39 talents in all. Each tree ends in a capstone, and 6 of the talents are milestones.

**Capstones:**
- **Penance** (Discipline): You strike out on your own: a free Penance about every 3 sec, three bolts of holy light at the nearest enemies.
- **Chastise** (Holy): Smite strikes 1 more enemy, and every Smite cast that critically strikes sets off a free Holy Nova.
- **Shadowform** (Shadow): You take on Shadowform for the whole run, and when an enemy dies with Shadow Word: Pain on it, it bursts for a share of its maximum health on everything within 6 yd and the pain jumps to the enemy nearest it.

The exact numbers in these talents come from their rank values, which the game shows in its own tooltips.
