# Terms of Use

> The rules for using Unblocked Games 76: free access with no account, games owned by their developers, ads on the site, outside links and how terms change.

Page: https://ubg76.uk/terms/

These terms apply when you use ubg76.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## Do you need an account or payment?

No. UBG76 is free to use and has no accounts. We never ask for payment details.

## Who owns the games?

Each game belongs to its developer or publisher. UBG76 lists games, writes guides about them and, when the developer allows it, shows the game on our page. We do not claim ownership of any game, name or artwork. Our own text, page design and fact files belong to UBG76.

## What may you not do on the site?

- Copy our guides or pages in bulk to publish them elsewhere
- Try to break, overload or scrape the site in ways that slow it down for others
- Use the site in a way that breaks the rules of the network you are on

## Are the games guaranteed to work?

No. Games are made and hosted by third parties and can change, break or disappear without notice. We try to keep every page accurate, but the site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

## What about ads and links to other sites?

The site shows ads from Google AdSense. Some game pages open the game on another site, such as the developer's page or a game portal, and some pages link to sources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

## Can these terms change?

Yes. When we change them, we update this page and its date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to [hello@ubg76.uk](mailto:hello@ubg76.uk).
